Our software products are designed to operate under Microsoft Platforms (Windows XP and Vista). These products are based upon client/server architecture that follow open architecture standards and house information in a secure relational database (Microsoft SQL Server).
Bar Coding
All products can read and print bar coded information following bar code symbology standards 39 and 128. We offer bundled toolkits, which include software and hardware, synchronized to work seamlessly together. Hardware offerings include: bar code scanning wands and guns, direct thermal and thermal transfer bar code printers and all necessary bar coding accessories.
Radio Frequency Identification (RFID)
RFID has emerged as a reliable and affordable alternative tracking technology to bar coding. Combining RFID asset tags with RFID location receivers (and/or detectors) you can monitor asset movement via your Local and Wide Area Networks, from your desktop. All of our asset tracking products are fully integrated and come prepackaged to interact with passive and non-passive RFID components offered from Intermec, Dynasys and Pinpoint companies.
Imaging
Businesses have matured today to the point where intangible things possess significant value and need to be managed, and documents associated with assets must be readily available for review, analysis and sharing. Document scanners are highly reliable and prevalent throughout most companies. Our products work in concert with any type (or brand) of document scanner. Our products enable our customers to interact with their scanning units from our menus and to attach electronic copies of documents to asset profiles. This allows for ease of sharing, anywhere at anytime and for electronic exchange of the same.
Digitization
Pictures speak a thousand words. Depending upon the class of asset, a picture can easily allow a novice to identify an obscure component, or can be used to verify the condition of an asset (like furniture) before and after a property loan or a catastrophic event. Our products will work harmoniously with any type of digital camera or existing image file. Pictures can be referenced at the asset profile or within reports.
Electronic Communications
Our products are built to interact (right out of the box) with electronic fax, mail and can even page you, upon detecting a condition that you have defined, warrants this action! We have integrated the use of Microsoft Word for the production of forms, like return management authorization, invoices, packing slips, certifications, general notices, lease & contract renewal authorizations, schedules and loan request/approvals. This means that at the touch of a button, our system can generate any type of document you want and send it along electronically to intended recipients. For example, you can define a schedule for our Event Manager to monitor leased assets. Then, instruct the system to generate a report and lease renewal documents 20 days prior to lease expiration, sending the result to you and the lessor via email or electronic fax.
Electronic Signature
The system offers the ability to capture and record electronic
signatures. These can be used to verify property loans, certification
of work completed, receipt of an asset, verification of an agreement,
validation of approval and many more.
Wireless Connectivity
Our system provide remote connectivity through a variety of
hand-held wireless devices such as cellular telephones and PDA's.
Reporting
Our products come prepackaged with Seagate Crystal Reports.
Crystal Reports allow non-technical users to modify existing
report templates, or create their own reports from scratch using
a report-generation wizard. Through the use of this powerful
point-and-click wizard you can create detailed reports within
minutes!
