Training
Lockwood considers training in methodologies and systems an essential element in the development of a successful asset management program. Lockwood subscribes to the tenets of the Maturity Model which states that system users and environments change and mature, requiring that training be an on-going and evolving process.
Lockwood offers training as a core element in the delivery of its total asset management software solution when it is purchased. However, the company is often also engaged to provide on-going and refresher training as customers’ business practices evolve and mature, and employees change.
