Our physical inventory services provide

Planning
We assign an Inventory Controller to each client. The Inventory Controller assesses client objectives, existing business controls, and asset information standards and conventions. Using this information, we craft a concise plan that is used to govern specific asset counting methods, information, conventions, and project stages. Once we have gained client acceptance of the plan, the Inventory Controller assembles the core inventory team, which is made up of our experienced personnel. The Inventory Controller uses the plan to prepare the inventory teams for the project.
Technology
Our asset data collection tools embrace state-of-the-art information collection technologies such as hand-held data collection units (laptops, PDA’s, etc.) bar coding, radio frequency identification (RFID), wireless communications, digital imaging (pictures), voice recognition and auto-discovery. Combined with the asset management plan, these tools help our Specialists conduct a highly efficient and accurate count, quickly.
Information and data collection
Our data collection applications are adaptable to varying client requirements through the use of definable operating parameters. These operating parameters enable our Inventory Specialists to quickly adjust our applications to match the information requirements as stated by our client. Examples include: size of asset labels, types of information to be placed on labels, definition of custom data fields, inclusion of digital pictures, use of pre-existing client lists (departments, employee lists, asset models, etc.), and the definition and auto-assignment of client-specific asset numbers.
We don’t stop at the conclusion of the physical count. Our Inventory Specialists scrub, cleanse, load, map, and reconcile the asset information that was collected. We will reconcile and integrate/augment the asset inventory count information with any pre-existing source of client asset information.
