Affiliate Program
The affiliate program expands the visibility of Lockwood’s products and services through joint marketing and promotion of its asset lifecycle management solutions. Affiliates are compensated for resulting qualified sales opportunities.
Affiliate Responsibilities: Affiliates promote Lockwood solutions primarily on their Web sites, referring leads to Lockwood’s inside sales team.
Independent Sales Representative Program
The independent sales rep program is for individuals and organizations that perform contracted sales activities on Lockwood’s behalf. Compensation is commission based.
Independent Sales Rep Responsibilities: Lockwood reps conduct sales and marketing activities at their own expense to generate interest in and close sales incorporating Lockwood solutions. Reps present and demonstrate these solutions and provide level 1 customer support. They must become certified reps by meeting all required qualifications and completing Lockwood product training. All independently generated promotional literature and activities must conform to Lockwood branding, solicitation and sales practices.
Authorized Reseller Program
The authorized reseller program is designed for organizations granted rights to represent and sell Lockwood products within territories or industry verticals. The program is potentially the most lucrative of the sales and marketing programs for partners who meet Lockwood’s performance metrics.
Reseller Responsibilities: Resellers purchase Lockwood’s solutions at a discount and resell at suggested MSRP or contract vehicle-specific prices into designated vertical markets and/or within territories. Resellers must meet projected and agreed upon quarterly performance metrics. Resellers are able to present and demonstrate Lockwood solutions and provide level 1 and 2 customer support. Resellers must be Lockwood product certified by meeting all required qualifications and completing the company’s product training. Lockwood prefers that resellers have systems integration capabilities. Promotional literature may be co-developed and activities must conform to Lockwood branding, solicitation and sales practices.
Strategic Partnership Program
This high-level customized program is for those organizations with whom Lockwood would participate as either a prime or subcontractor to solicit, win and deliver asset management solutions, typically in the public sector or in response to RFPs. The solutions, pricing and margins are typically unique to each partner.
Program Requirements: The program establishes a value-added relationship between Lockwood and its strategic partner to collaboratively design and implement solutions that are usually customer-specific. Lockwood seeks strategic partners who offer Lockwood an extended competitive advantage with exposure to diverse vertical markets. Strategic partners offer level 1 and 2 support, own the customer relationship, have advanced knowledge of asset management and automated data capture techniques, and provide significant systems integration capabilities.
